As a Staff Nurse (Maternal Healthcare), you will learn from our Clinical Nursing Leader (RN) to execute effective delivery of optimal care to our customers. • Provide Technical Services Advisory to ensure adherence to Design Brand Standards for new-build, conversion, re-branding and refurbishment projects from the design stage through to hotel opening.
• Prepare engineering services briefs for new project, review and comment on consultants designs for efficiency, appropriateness in design and operational issues.
• Provide engineering input/advice for due diligence process on potential new/conversion and/or renovation of existing hotels and conduct pre-opening reviews relative to Brand Standards.

• Recognised professional qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Familiarity with sustainability programs including Green Mark, LEED, Earthcheck etc
• Experience in energy and sustainability technology identification and implementation would be an advantage
• Good understanding of design and construction standards to ensure processes are in compliance to Brand Standards
