Job Purpose:

This is a 6 months contract role. The job purpose of the Junior Operations Analyst role is to provide support to the Head of Operations in the department daily operations. The Warehouse staff in a GDP and GMP secondary assembly area shall work closely with the warehouse team to maintain proper storage conditions, handle products safely, and adhere to GDP and GMP requirements to ensure product quality and integrity. The key responsibilities shall include below:

• Receipt of Products: Receive incoming products and verify the accuracy of shipments against customer pre-alert and provided details. Inspect incoming products for damage, contamination, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
