Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and organized Schools Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school. This role will involve managing school transport operations, maintaining an inventory of school assets, and ensuring the smooth functioning of school activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day school operations to ensure efficient functioning.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the school's transport operations, including working closely with transport vendor(s) and parents for smooth day to day transport deployment and operations.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of school assets, including, Books, Uniforms, furniture, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper usage and maintenance. Candidate will work on School's Inventory management system.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate a productive learning environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Address any operational challenges that arise promptly and effectively.
• Support budgeting and financial management related to school operations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to promote teamwork and communication.

Qualifications:

• Basic degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations executive or manager role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, parents, and students.
• Strong teamwork capabilities with a focus on collaboration and support.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using computer applications for data management and reporting.
• Ability to assess problems and implement solutions effectively.
• Familiarity with school management systems or operations is a plus.

· Compliance with requirements of the Safety Management System

· Operate and monitor process plant, relevant marine and utility systems in accordance with operating procedures and as directed by the Central Control Room and Facility Supervisors

· Identify and report operational deviations to facility management.

· Identify and report process, utility or marine system problems requiring maintenance intervention.

· Carry out housekeeping, routine cleaning including pressure washing and de-greasing of equipment and deck areas, waste collection and disposal.

· Carry out first line maintenance on process and utility systems in accordance with operating procedures.

· Support the preparation of equipment and systems for safe handover to maintenance and safe reinstatement and testing thereafter.

· Take samples from the process and utility systems under the direction of the Laboratory Technician.

· Assist the Laboratory Technician in sample analysis; undergo training in laboratory duties as required.

· Liaise with other departments for coordination of maintenance activities.

· Inform Senior Technicians / Supervisors / OIM of any issues relating to safety or facility operability.

· Identify and report equipment faults and breakdowns and use IFS to generate corrective work orders if required.

· Responsible to provide clear and concise daily work logs that have occurred during the shift and give a comprehensive handover to back-to-backs of all events and information relevant to time on duty. This will include an update on all changes in plant conditions, changes and additions to standing and daily instructions and, as required, the status of work permits within assigned area. Handovers are regarded as critical to the safe operation of the FPSO systems and equipment

· Assist in any other work as directed by facility management.

· Participate in the Emergency preparedness drills, safety meetings, and on the job training as required.

· Perform Emergency Duties as required by the Emergency Response Plan

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior position with the SPF (retirees will be considered), or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, reporting to the Managing Director, and will also handle administrative duties. This position involves managing more than 100 permanent security officers and may require working irregular hours, 6 days a week.

Compensation:

• A starting monthly salary of no less than $8,000 to $9,000, with own transportation required.
