Job Descriptions:

• Branding:

1. Collaborating closely with managers to assist in developing and executing the brand communication plans.
2. Assisting and/or collaborating with managers to create, manage, and update brand communication guidelines and workflows.
3. Assisting and/or collaborating with managers to execute of the brand communication plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local countries in the Southeast Asia and Oceania region.

2. Assisting and/or collaborating with managers to execute the communication plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local country offices in the Southeast Asia and Oceania region.
3. Assisting and/or collaborating with managers to research, propose, and implement new or improved communication methods, including enhancing the company website, developing regional social media strategies, and utilizing other effective touchpoints as needed.

• Internal Communication: Enhance employee engagement and workplace experience.

1. Assisting and/or collaborating with managers to develop and execute an internal communication plan, including events, to foster transparency in information and knowledge sharing. This will help employees understand brand value, business operations, diverse talents, and future opportunities across entities and local countries in the Asia and Oceania region.

• Crisis Communication:

1. Understand and follow crisis procedures as instructed and guided by GHQ.
2. Assisting to provide support to GHQ upon request
3. Assisting to provide regional crisis communication guidance and training to employees.

• Manage relevant outsources and partners:

1. Lead and/or assisting to manage outsourced vendors and partners to execute communication plans, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.

Job Requirements

• A degree or diploma in communication, branding, marketing, or a relevant field is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in branding and/or corporate communication within the maritime industry is an advantage. However, even if the applicant lacks direct working experience in the maritime industry, a deep understanding and knowledge of the maritime industry will still be highly valued.
• Digital Communication: Excellent understanding and experience in developing and managing corporate websites, social media (SNS), and other digital communication practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects (e.g., SharePoint, eGIRO) ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints, and project specifications.

General Job Description

The position is responsible for providing assistance to the Project Manager/Implementation

Manager in Implementation and Internal and External Enhancement projects. They are required to

work with various internal stakeholders (Department Managers, Operations Managers, Regional

Account Managers) and external stakeholders (Customers) in order to on board and stabilise new

businesses

Implementation Executive Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Plan, Manage and execute implementation/on boarding of new businesses

2. Support the Program/Project Manager on various Internal and External customer projects

and initiatives by

a. Creating GANTT Charts

b. Project Flow Diagrams

c. Writing and Developing Standard Operating procedures

d. Conducting training with local branch offices

e. Managing Key progress meetings and providing regular updates to the

project/implementation stakeholders

f. Developing Report Automation

g. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enhancement and deployment

h. New EDI implementation with IT

i. Process enhancement

j. Create and Review Work Instruction (WI) developed by other account teams

Skillset Requirements

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, Powerpoint

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan and execute risk-based process audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments according to the annual audit plan.

2. Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with policies and procedures.

3. Gather relevant audit evidence and document in audit working papers to support audit findings and conclusion.

4. Identify control gaps and make practicable recommendations to mitigate risks, improve the processes and strengthen the internal controls.

REQUIREMENTS
