• Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the company.

• Support onboarding by preparing documents and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Help with benefits, training, and HR support.
• Organize company events and engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and assist HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource/Business with at least 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Labour Laws, MS Office and HRIS System.
