• Formulating finance-related Process, Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Establishing and driving the Financial planning and Budgeting to achieve organizational goals and priorities.
• Participating in the regular planning and meeting and activities including design workshops, IT systems implementation and user acceptance testing (“UAT”) partnering relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring actual performance against targets, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Analytics and scenario modelling for insights and trends to drive key decision
• Communication liaison among the various stakeholders, key management, and external stakeholders to facilitate necessary discussions to allow for the successful set-up of the Hospital
• Funding request for the set-up of the Hospital
• Funding utilization tracking and monitoring to ensure utilization and compliance
• Besides on-the-job training, successful candidates will be sent for relevant courses and nesting within established operations to gain hands on process experience.

Requirements

• Possess a good Degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely.
