The Trading Operator is responsible in for executing trades from contract conclusion by the Trading teams to cash collection:

* Oversee the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch of goods.

* Collaborate with freight carriers, logistics partners, and transportation providers to optimize shipping routes and negotiate favorable terms.

* Prepare and maintain shipping documents, customs paperwork, and other necessary documentation for international and domestic shipments.

* Implement quality control measures to ensure that goods are handled and packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

* Streamline warehouse operations to improve overall efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

* Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to coordinate order fulfillment and address any logistical issues.

* Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.

* Address and resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process promptly to minimize disruptions.

* Identify opportunities for cost optimization in freight transport and warehouse operations.

*Able to carry heavy goods, about 20Kg-30Kg.

* Able to work on Weekend, Sunday and Public Holiday, and willing to work overtime.

Job Description:

· Assist in student admission, student orientation and student support services.

· Ensure Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) and student medical insurance are in place and updated timely.

· Ensure FPS, student medical insurance, fee refund, course transfer, course withdrawal, appeal and feedback/complaint processes are in place and students are briefed on these policies and procedures.

· Responsible for all Student Contracts and Student P-Files

· Assist in monitoring student attendance and progression.

· Responsible for all student support services, including application for student pass and visa, FPS and student medical insurance.

· Managing student complaints, administering student feedback and annual student satisfaction surveys, and analyzing data for continuous improvement.

· Assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of EIC’s facilities and assets.

· Assist students in management of courses, marketing progress and attending to enquires.

· Assist in the management of academic and admin departments.
