About the Job

The Graduate Studies office is responsible for the governance and development of the University’s graduate programmes, which include Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, Master's Degrees and Doctoral Degrees. In addition, the office manages admissions and recruitment of graduate students, working in close collaboration with the Schools and various academic and administrative units across the University. The Graduate Studies office also directly oversees two cross-disciplinary degree programmes: the Master of Social Sciences and Doctor of Philosophy.

The Senior Finance Executive supports the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the finance department. He/she is involved in work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, or other accounting tasks. In some instances, he may work specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes. The Finance Executive may also assist with the preparation of trial balance, basic financial statements and simple consolidated financial statements.
