We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, retail management, or a related role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail management software (e.g., POS systems, ERP systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience with retail management systems and inventory software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR Operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and HR-related projects as needed.
• Duties including but not limited to:
• Attending employee requests and questions, in providing advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
• Assist with conducting New Hire Orientation and prepare onboarding, including the preparation of paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, re-designation, salary revision and termination
• Prepare and maintain employee database, including leave records and HRIS management
• Conducts and reconciles benefits enrolment for new employees.
• Liaise with the Finance department in payroll preparation and reconciliations.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimally Diploma in Human Resource, Business administration and or related fields
• Preferably with some admin experience

He/She maintain and canvas - existing and new customers. All sales activities should have the objective to maximise revenue/GP for the company. He/She is required to deliver monthly sales target ( based on GP ), with forecast for next month's sales activities. He/She has to be pro-active, able to adapt to a changing market landscape and spot new sales opportunities.
