Main Duties:

• Manage operations of Foodshop according to company policies and guidelines
• Provide strong leadership
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensuring consistently high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
• Handle complains with care
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

· Willing to work on shift and weekend duties

· Able to work in non-airconditioned foodshop

· Minimum 2 years F&B operations experience

• Good leadership and organization skills,
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.

  Sourcing information and statistics, researching trends, assessing costs.
  Idea generation is important as charities try to ‘piggy back’ on what the public has an interest in.
