In this role, you will provide comprehensive accounting and administrative services to support our clients' financial needs. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of accounting and bookkeeping tasks for clients
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records, including financial statements, tax computations, and tax filings in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Assisting clients with tax preparation and addressing any related queries
• Supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Building strong relationships with clients by addressing their financial concerns and providing timely assistance

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Proven ability to independently prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax computation and filing, as well as Singapore tax laws and accounting standards
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBook, MYOB, or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Description:

• Quotation and Tender Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for clients, ensuring alignment with project specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Tender Submission: Prepare and submit tender documents for projects, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Cost Estimation: Analyze project details to estimate costs for materials, labor, and other resources, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.
• Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers and subcontractors to gather necessary pricing and technical details for tenders.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance in reviewing and responding to project inquiries, ensuring the right solutions are proposed.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quotations, tenders, and all related correspondence.
• Follow-up and Feedback: Follow up with clients post-submission to address any questions or revisions needed.

Responsibilities

• Employee Orientation and HR reimbursement.
• Conduct first level screening and coordinate interview arrangement.
• Process monthly employees' commissions and payroll Times Cloud / Infotech System.
• Prepare monthly HR and Admin reports for management.
• Report and work with Group HR Manager in planning, development, implementation of policies, procedures, processes, and ad-hoc HR projects.
• Handle employee’s queries on all HR related processes and policies.
• Handle all administrative work as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR department.
• Analytical thinking with good communication skills and a good Team Player.
• Familiar with HRIS system is a must.
• Able to commence work in short notice will be added advantage.
