As Relocation Executive, you need to be able to assist the Senior Managers as point of coordination and transferring assignees while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least two to three years of experience in HR Learning & Development functions.
• Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• High level of organisational skills with an ability to work well under pressure. Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision and collaboratively within and across teams.
• Resourceful, independent and meticulous.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of Company's recruitment and selection process
• Communicate actively with Centre Supervisors and employees on areas such as benefits and claims, payroll deductions, manpower needs
• Act as a liaison for employee grievances and disciplinary matters, providing timely reports to Management
• Propose new HR policies to fulfil existing HR gaps
• Update employee handbook with new company policies
• Conduct staff orientation and regular briefing on company policies and procedures
• HR administration such as data entry, filing, preparing employment contracts, letters and other documentation
• Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking and overtime processing
• Oversee the maintenance of staff records on HR software across child care and student care centres
• Administration on work pass applications, renewals, cancellation for foreign employees
• Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
• Support and manage Company events and activities such as annual dinner, festive celebrations
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate data, reports and office administration
• Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
• At least 2 years working experience in Human Resource role or related field
