What You’ll Do:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs/ regulatory requirements are met
2. Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of EBS bills to customers
3. Responsible for meeting the section’s KPI, e.g., the monthly closing of billing cycle
4. Supervise and provide guidance to team leaders and staffs
5. Review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity
6. Manage complaints (Internal and external), liaise with relevant stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement
7. Liaise with ITD or/and any other external vendors on system changes and feasibility studies
8. Liaise with Principals, vendors and stakeholders on operational matters
9. Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/ initiatives
10. Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time

What You’ll Need:

1. Degree from a recognised University in a business /technical discipline with at least 2 years of working experience in an IT project environment
2. Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
3. Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work in a team
4. Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To attend customer enquiries and prepare quotations according to customers’ requirements
• To process sales orders and follow up with relevant departments for delivery schedule, technical clarification and documentation.
• To build and maintain client relationships through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
• To identify new business opportunities to achieve targets and profitability
• Payment collection from customers

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level
• Preferably with Sale Experience
• Bilingual in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liase with mandarin speaking counterparts
• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to co-ordinate administrative & logistic functions
• Possess own car (transport allowance will be provided)

Salary will commensurate with qualification and relevant work experience

Basic Salary + Attractive Commission

• Preparation of invoices, Purchase Order, Payment Voucher and Cheque Payment to Supplier
• Checking, verifying and processing expenses claimed by staffs(Petty Cash)
• Monitoring cash flow, and aging report
• Daily bookkeeping
• Monitor A/R & A/P
• Profit Balance Loss
• Xero software knowledge would be advantage

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist with foreign employee related queries
• Assist with preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters
• Assist with Payroll
• Arrangement of Employee Team Bonding Event
• Infotech knowledge would be advantage

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Handle company confidential documents
• General administrative duties
• Assist with marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram

Requirements:

• Proficient Microsoft Office(Word,Excel)
• Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
• Positive work attitude and display initiative to resolve problems independently

Responsibilities:

• Perform general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions - handle daily operational AP/AR tasks including invoicing, payment, receipts etc.
• Perform monthly reconciliation and reports
• Debts collections - Contact customer to ensure that their payments are made on time
• GST filing
• Prepare monthly sales commission and checking of incentives.
• Handle any other ad-hoc hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of "XERO" Software will be advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily finance operations (includes payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions);- Assist in partial/full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure
• timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into MYOB accounting
• system;
• Posting of month-end closing journal entries;
• General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office
• supplies;
• Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims;
• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge

Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fast learner with strong sense of initiative & good communication skills- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
