• Update and maintain relevant HR info databases
• Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
• Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
• Handle MOM related survey
• Support in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in HRM or Business Administration/Studies
• Minimum 5 years of relevant human resource experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detailed with strong sense of confidentiality
• Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous
• Positive and able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
• People oriented, team player and willingness to learn
• Good in MS Office applications particularly MS Words and Excel
• Experience in talent management and event management will be an advantage
• HR experiences in construction industry will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Proactively liaise with department managers on their resource requirements
• Prepare and post recruitment advertisement
• The administrative work of recruitment activities which include but not limited to printing of resumes; arranging and preparing of interviews, creating and maintaining the resume data-base, etc
• Posting of job advertisements at various job portals
• Provide support in the processing and full administration of work pass applications and coordinating and accommodation arrangement if any.
• Compile all documents according to new hire check list
• Conduct screening, interviewing and selection assessments
• Provide timely feedback on sourcing status and proactively provide recommendations to resolve barriers and challenges encountered
• Involve in various recruitment activities
• Ah-hoc projects and any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant human resource experience
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
• Good problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
• Staffing experience in construction industry

Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for partial set of accounts including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Prepare month-end closing journal entries and balance sheet schedules and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into the accounting system.
• Assist with monthly reporting, budget and audit.
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.
• Assist in the review of internal control procedures to improve accounting processes.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in accounting (eg. LCCI, CAT).
• At least 3 years of working experience in the accounting field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, dynamic personality.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Proactive, possess initiative and able to work independently.
