Reporting Structure:Direct report to Group SCM Head; functionally reports to Logistics Manager who are based in Durapower-Suzhou.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review logistics and product information, develop logistics plans, and select transport modes.
• Prepare customs documents and coordinate with customs for smooth clearance.
• Analyse logistics costs, optimize channels, and manage carrier relationships.
• Manage warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and track shipment progress.
• Address logistics issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyse logistics efficiency and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3-5 years in international logistics. Experience with batteries and related goods is a plus but not a must. Some knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG).
• Proficient in ERP systems and office software. Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with international trade terms and logistics policies, particularly for battery transport, is advantageous.
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Durapower-Suzhou colleagues

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Executive who can proactively address issues that arise in patient care and vendor liaison as well as to assist in the daily administrative operations of our clinic.

Job Scope includes and is not limited to:

Receptionist Duties:

• Answer telephone calls, and schedule patient appointments
• Answer queries about the clinic.

Administrative Duties:

• Obtain, key and maintain patient data records
• Provide clear guidance on basic clinical procedures
• Assist in patient health insurance claims process
• Assist in online billing system and claiming for panel insurances
• Manage internal and external communications
• Arrange hospital admission, laboratory, and imaging services when required
• Assist in the mediation process between patients and healthcare providers
• Manage the clinic's inventory count and assist to order stock and supplies when low.
• Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment when required.

Clinical Duties:

• Dispensing of medications
• Financial counselling
• Chaperone/Accompany the Doctor during consultation when required
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms
• Sterilize medical equipment and sanitize designated areas.

Job Requirements;

• Minimum O'Levels or equivalent
• Relevant experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
• Computer literate/savvy
• Able to work on weekends

Overall job objectives

• Responsible in administrative supporting and ensure business activities are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.

Core responsibilities

• Consumer testing standard & regulation / requirement for Softline, Hardline, Chemical.
• Handling sample submission from Malaysia & Thailand branch, basic view sample with confirmation, take sample photo as a record and distribute to designated Department for Testing.
• Follow up on unclear Test Request Form and Sample TAT date.
• Co-work with CS team follow up subcontract sample status from outsource laboratory, and keep track the status to ensure result delivery on time
• Prepare and consolidate of final report and issuing on time
• Support sample breakdown in Chemical department, if necessary
• Document management of test report, arrange test report from MY and SG side. Archive test report in running number for easy access during SAC audit.
• Support SAC accreditation in Mechanical, E&E and Softline testing
