Responsibilities:

• Work closely with IT Manager and other internal stakeholders on assigned IT support functions to achieve operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of works.
• Support the Clinical Operations team via engagement of multidisciplinary stakeholders (doctors, clinic staff, etc) and provide support of diverse requirements and perspectives to achieve patient centred care and organisational effectiveness.
• Liaise with users and IT vendors for the delivery of IT solutions and services.
• Setup and deploy new desktop / laptop computers and the associated software, including Windows Active Directory (AD) administration.
• Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to end-user devices (e.g., desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices etc) and software such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Manage the data protection and cyber security functions. Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance.
• Maintain IT assets, systems documentation and software licenses.
• Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company’s operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement

• Diploma in Computer Science or relevant Degree qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, end users desktop support, IT security implementation & operations.
• Team player who is able to work independently.
• Able to start work within short notice is preferred.
• Prior work experience in a healthcare organization is an advantage.

1) SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

A. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

Report to the Assistant Finance Manager with regard to the full spectrum of accounting functions.

B JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist the Assistant Finance Manager in full set accounting duties which includes:

· To support the monthly accounts closing;

· Assist in preparing month end financial closing schedules and general ledger reconciliations for the monthly Notes To Accounts

· Preparation of bank reconciliations;

· Assist in handling day to day accounting functions;

· Posting of transactions in the accounting system;

· Processing of payments and preparation of reconciliations for SAQ’s swimming pathways initiatives;

· Handling of finances related to pool facilities bookings

· Assist in monitoring of SAQ budget for swimming pathways and liaising with relevant teams on post-event SOAs

· Provide basic financial analysis of SAQ events and programs;

· Assist in the annual statutory audit;

· Assist in any internal or compliance audits, or grant audits;

· Ensure accounting is carried out in proper way in accordance to financial regulations and accounting standards;

· Ensure expense claims are in accordance with SSA’s HR policies;

· Assist in with annual fixed assets sighting;

· Assist in any ad hoc accounting and administrative assignments;

· Any other adhoc duties as may be assigned.

C JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

1 Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy or relevant qualifications.
• At least 1-3 years of accounting experience in full set of accounting is preferred.
• Prior experience in Sports industry, Charities or Grant Accounting is advantageous.
• Prior experience with Oracle Netsuite is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office especially in Excel and work with strong IT skills.
