Set up as a company doing conservation and building maintenance in 2002, Aegis Building & Engineering Pte Ltd has expanded our services to conservation, preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and supply of quality and skilled tradesmen for clients comprising hotels, commercial and industrial buildings. We are looking for passionate, customer focused and self-motivated individuals to join us as Sales Executive. The successful candidates will play a key role to help Aegis surpass our profitability and growth goals.

Starting monthly salary : $2500 to $4000, depends on experience.

Employee benefits include monthly performance incentive, 14 days' annual leave and etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing a new customer base to achieve sales targets.
• Regular Sales activities such as Customer Management and tendering.
• Review project specifications and preparations of quotations, costings, and regular sales reports.
• Analysis, develops and makes plans for engaging the target market
• Provide direction and support to sub-contractors and project team.
• Constantly monitor the project progress, prepare and submit monthly sales forecast to Management.
• Attend regular site co-ordination / technical meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings.

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)

• Diploma in Project Management /Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar role preferably in preventive maintenance and/or construction industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Resourceful & meticulous
• Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
• Analytical and well organized

Responsibility

• Account Management and Client Relations: Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure smooth operations, fostering long-term relationships and proactive engagement to address client needs.
• Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the consolidation and validation of required client documents, ensuring all processes meet internal and external compliance standards.
• Billing and Financial Management: Handle the preparation, analysis, and verification of billing reports and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Cloud Services Coordination: Maintain familiarity with cloud platforms and ensure clients receive seamless access and optimized service offerings.
• Project Oversight and Operational Efficiency: Support the coordination of business projects, ensuring timely execution, while identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Team Collaboration and Business Support: Work closely with internal teams to align on business objectives and provide operational support across various functions as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Diploma holders in Business administrations or a relevant major
• 2-3 years of experience in business operations, customer support, or similar roles.
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts）
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
