About the Role
As an Exhibitor Growth Manager (or Strategic Business Development Manager, Exhibitions), your primary goal is to drive exhibitor success while achieving revenue growth targets.
This is not just a sales role—you will act as a business advisor and growth strategist for exhibitors, helping them optimize their exhibition experience and grow their businesses beyond the fair.
Your success will be measured by:

✔️ Revenue generation – achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✔️ Client retention & growth – ensuring exhibitors see tangible value and return for future fairs.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibitor Business Growth & Consulting
• Act as a trusted business consultant to exhibitors, advising them on strategies to maximize their sales and brand visibility.
• Analyze exhibitor needs and offer tailored solutions using Mummys Market’s robust ecosystem (exhibitions, digital marketing, data insights, retail, and e-commerce).
• Use data-driven insights to help exhibitors optimize booth placement, marketing campaigns, and on-site activations.
• Educate exhibitors on how to maximize customer engagement and sales conversions during fairs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to provide exhibitors with solutions beyond just booth space.
Sales & Business Development (Revenue Generation KPI)
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new exhibitors and retain existing clients.
• Pitch Mummys Market’s full suite of exhibitor solutions, including booth spaces, brand activations, sponsorships, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and lead sourcing to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with exhibitors, acting as their go-to growth partner.
• Drive exhibitor success, ensuring high exhibitor retention and repeat business for future fairs.
Account Management & Exhibitor Success
• Develop strong, consultative relationships with exhibitors, helping them strategize their participation to achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and data analytics) to support exhibitor needs.
• Provide ongoing guidance to exhibitors, ensuring their brand gets maximum exposure and delivers strong sales results.
Who We’re Looking For
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client consulting (experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus!).
• Strong business acumen – ability to understand exhibitor needs and craft strategic solutions to drive their growth.
• Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to exhibitors.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for helping businesses scale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
