· Assist in monitoring of SAQ budget for swimming pathways and liaising with relevant teams on post-event SOAs

· Provide basic financial analysis of SAQ events and programs;

· Assist in the annual statutory audit;

· Assist in any internal or compliance audits, or grant audits;

· Ensure accounting is carried out in proper way in accordance to financial regulations and accounting standards;

· Ensure expense claims are in accordance with SSA’s HR policies;

· Assist in with annual fixed assets sighting;

· Assist in any ad hoc accounting and administrative assignments;

· Any other adhoc duties as may be assigned.

C JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

1 Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy or relevant qualifications.
• At least 1-3 years of accounting experience in full set of accounting is preferred.
• Prior experience in Sports industry, Charities or Grant Accounting is advantageous.
• Prior experience with Oracle Netsuite is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office especially in Excel and work with strong IT skills.

Job Requirement
