• Welfare, benefits and compensation administration
• Assist employees with forms & HR procedures
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submission etc
• Monthly HR reports
• Work pass management: application, renewal etc
• Training administration
• Online submission of IR8A/IR21 etc
• Assist in recruitment matters
• Any other HR duties as assigned

Administrative functions

• Attend to phone calls, visitors etc
• Handle mails & distribution of mails
• Office maintenance
• Replenish pantry & stationery supply
• Renewal of licences
• Handle incoming & outgoing shipments
• Process invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
• Assist in tender documents preparation
• Any other administration duties as assigned
