Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and review sample orders, purchase orders, barcode lists, and product code details.
• Working closely with sales personnel and factory on production schedule.
• Prepare Master Data of products in Microsoft Excel
• Maintain up-to-date on all marketing files and barcode tag information.
• Update and consolidate item price/ order per season.
• Monitor production/ shipping schedule and order movements/ status.
• Monitor inventories and sample management.
• Assist in displaying seasonal products in the showroom and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

1. Oversee the daily sales and operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

3. Provide prompt and satisfactory service to existing and prospective customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

4. Achieve sales targets effective sales techniques.

5. Ensure efficient and effective outlet operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date transaction records.

WAREHOUSE MANAGERManage entire warehouse department, inclusive of technical stock, provisions and warehouse admin teams.

Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure they fulfil their roles and responsibilities properly and in a timely manner.

Take ownership of warehouse-related projects such as AGV and VLM, and ensure they are carried out and completed as per Company requirements.

Come up with initiatives to help warehouse improve operational effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, such as reducing overtime costs and packing material costs.

Ensure safety precautions are observed and carried out at all times.

Maintain warehouse area cleanliness and tidiness at all times.

Job Description

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field.
• Min 2-3 years relevant experience working in similar position.
• Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
