The Role:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Issuance of Letter of Guarantee (LOG) in accordance with policy contract and guidelines
• Ensure LOG are concluded within the agreed turnaround time.
• Follow up calls to the customers when necessary
• Ensure that exceptional customer services are provided
• Identify and escalate cases to supervisor where necessary and ensure closure of escalated cases

Qualifications:
