In the sales process, the Account Executive acts as a strategic advisor for customers and prospects, using consultative and value-based and outcome based selling techniques and interacting with C level executives in the process. Minimum Requirements:

As a vital member of the Group Human Resources team, the Executive will play a key role in supporting the Group Development Awards portfolio under the guidance of the Manager, Group Scholarships and Awards. The responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring alignment of development awards with the overall organizational objectives and equipping identified staff with the necessary skills to contribute effectively at organizational, group, and national levels.
2. Supporting the annual review of development awards for relevance and effectiveness, making recommendations for updates and changes as necessary, and ensuring timely communication of changes and information.
3. Assisting in the planning and execution of the annual awards cycle, which includes conducting briefings for institutional representatives, collating award nominations, performing preliminary reviews and assessments of incoming nominations, and preparing for awards review panel meetings.
