Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting

• Experienced in handling full sets of accounts, corporate tax, individual tax, GST filing etc.
• Good knowledge of shipping terms, payment terms and Incoterms an added advantage.
• Month End closing, reports submission and ad-hoc duties assigned.
• To liaise with auditors and prepare supporting documents for year-end audit.
• To assist business groups on accounting matters.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity is required for this position.
• Preferably with SAP knowledge.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Administrative Executive to support daily operations, admissions, and administrative tasks. This role involves managing office systems, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the smooth running of the school.

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Full time position (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm)
• Assist the Office Manager with daily operations.
• Manage the reception area and welcome parents, students, and guests.
• Handle email and phone inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain and update student and staff records (digital and physical).
• Support teachers with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and relaying information.
• Ensure compliance with EduTrust requirements, including documentation and manual updates.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and manage basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Respond to parent/customer inquiries, including during school holidays (at least once weekly).
• Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of office spaces.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to support school operations.

Qualification/Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, HR, Mass Communications, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in administrative roles (education setting preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic bookkeeping.
• Proactive and innovative mindset to contribute to school growth.

• Cook and prepare South & North Indian Curries, starters, hot plate breads for dine in guests, take away and caterings
• Wash & Cut vegetables, meats, seafood and poultry.
• Marination’s, mise-en-place and set up all stock stations
• Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
• Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
• Set up and manage Buffet Stations with all necessary supplies.
• Informing the Restaurant Managers and captains about the unavailability of certain run our dishes.
• Taking stocks and liaise with the purchase & catering managers to ensure the adequate food items are available to produce the appropriate menu items.
• Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.
• Storage of raw materials and ingredients and ensure that all the food storage and preparation of all food items meet the temperature guidelines.
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that the standards are met
• Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils and equipment's.
• Monitor the performance of assistant chefs.
