Brief Job Description Role Profile

As an EO Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for Electro-optics system site support, perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis to determine the cause of failure for the system. Diagnose and repair EO system issues in lab by using logical, step-by-step approaches to ensure minimal downtime for the customers.

What the day will look like

• Assist in the broking, negotiation and placement of risks to the re/insurance market

This position is for 6 months with the prospect of permanent employment.

Main duties are:

• Office administration (including receptionist tasks - answer phone calls, welcome visitors)
• Travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotels, transportation, visa processing)
• Raising of purchase orders in the software (Danaos System)
• Managing office systems, arranging servicing, corporate purchasing (stationery's, pantry supplies,
• etc.)
• Receiving and assessing incoming and outgoing mail and packages (corporate/admin)
• Preparation of Despatch forms and necessary Company Letters
• Maintain and update of office and supplier contact list
• Administration and secretarial support to top management

Job Description:

• To assist Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily activities of operations to always ensure prompt and efficient services
• Handling administrative matters related to daily operations and maintenance of safety standards
• Ensure operations and quality services are well delivered to both internal and external clients
• Coordinating and liaising with customers and process export shipments, processing invoices
• To have a thorough understanding of the department logistic operations
• Perform tasks based on standard operating procedures
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply chain Management/ Any relevant qualification
• Experience in the healthcare/pharma industry and clinic settings will be an added advantage
• Prior knowledge in medication dispensing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Role and Description:

• Perform daily AR billing cycle, including verification of supporting documents and operation job sheet records, to ensure completeness and accuracy of AR billing.
• Generate and email Sales Invoices / Credit Note with suporting documents to customers.
• Maintaining a proper files system and records.
• Generate monthly statements of accounts.
• Perform daily update of receipt and allocation to accounts system.
• Follow up with customers on payments.
• Other ad hoc duties as per assigned upon request.

Job Requirements:

• Able to handle loud volume of daily transcations.
• Experienced in AR billing is a must.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

2. Develop high-quality promotional content for projects, support marketing campaigns, and enhance brand recognition and market influence.
3. Gather, verify, and organize client project information, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of required documentation.
4. Assist sales managers with project-related tasks, prepare essential documents and materials, and streamline operational efficiency.
5. Monitor project progress, maintain client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure superior after-sales service delivery.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher, with a preference for candidates from relevant academic disciplines.
2. A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience; candidates with a background in business assistance or copywriting will be prioritized.
3. Demonstrate humility, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and foster teamwork.
4. Possess excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) communication and writing abilities, with proficiency in handling dual-language documentation.

Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for preparing the full sets of financial statements for subsidiary companies, ensuring that monthly financial reports and supporting schedules are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, tax compliance, and bank reconciliations.

3. Prepare monthly cash flow projections, the annual budget, and ad-hoc forecasts.

4. Prepare statutory filings, including financial statements and tax-related documents (corporate tax and GST).

5. Liaise with the auditors to ensure timely completion of audit and preparation of audited financial statements.

6. Ensure that internal controls are in place.

7. Any other assignments or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. A Degree in Accounting with a professional qualification preferred

2. A Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in the real estate sector

3. Able to work at least for 1 year contract

4. Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and a high level of integrity

5. Ability to multi-task, handle urgent requests and work in a fast-paced environment

6. Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and a "can do" attitude

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), and Cognos is an advantage

8. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

9. Flexible, with an inquisitive mind and a strong willingness to learn and take on new finance-related tasks

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognised university
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Competent in MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerpoint and MSOutlook Software applications
• Good organisational and administration skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environment
