Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise cold-store operations to ensure that picking & packing activities are executed accurately and efficiently.

The Finance & Operations Executive is responsible for responsible for monitoring and controlling all compliance aspects related to the financial and business operations activities. The key role is to be responsible for activities around monitoring the overall finance performance, timely MIS reporting, budgeting, and risk controls aligned to appropriate regulations and company standards. 6）Ensure the credit term eg LC, prepayment or PCG are timely issued / received to avoid delay in loading and / or discharge. Communicate with Trade Finance and supplier to ensure smooth issuance of the credit security.

7）Updated the cargo files and / or ETRM system (if any) to ensure the information are up to date.

Job Requirements

1）Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field

2）Familiarity with ETRM systems and trade life cycle management; comprehensive understanding of contracts, trade finance, and letters of credit.
