• Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel
• Provide appropriate guidance, coaching and support, and to check the team members performance

Requirements -

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing & communication and market research
• Hands-on experience in BD or project execution
• Experience in managing projects from planning to execution
