What you will be working on?

• Support in developing consumer educational materials including factsheets, patient education aids, and other resources.
• Assist in creating graphics/posts in different formats to increase reach and impact of consumer educational resources, or promote participation in patient engagement workshops
• Develop a flipbook of impact stories from written drafts, and liaise with featured patient experts for the required media consent and release forms
• Collate responses from patient organisations, and track contributions from each patient organisation
• Transcribe handwritten patient responses into Excel documents for analysis and tracking
• Assist with sending mass emails to patient organisations
• Convert products from PDF to mobile-friendly HTML formats for hosting on external stakeholders’ website
• Provide administrative support, including meeting/workshop logistics, procurement, and other related duties as needed

Based in The Living Room, the role of the Capella Culturist is to offer our guests an exclusive concierge service that is accurate, courteous, efficient and tailored to the individual requirements of our guests. He/she is responsible for assisting every guest with dining, transportation, entertainment and requests or any other needs. The Capella Culturist must ensure the Capella experience is delivered consistently to achieve guest satisfaction.

The Role

• Perform concierge services such as arranging transportation, airline reservations and changes, golf, tennis, luggage repair, art sales or any special guest request

• Collect guest preferences for all guests that have not already been collected by reservation and from the pre-calls from the Living Room

Responsibilities:

Purchasing -

• · Handle all purchasing activities
• · Review and implement policies, procedures and internal controls for procurement activities
• Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply & Demand Alignment, Material replenishment and Supplier Performance
• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance
• Source the most cost-effective material for the company
• Stock level projection
• Purchasing budget control.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure timely delivery
• Managing the procurement suppliers’ relationships for the Company
• Regular negotiations with suppliers on purchasing prices
• Resolve disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.

• Prepare and check all shipping documents such as B/L, packing list, certificate of origin etc. to ensure that they are complete and comply with AVA import and export rules and regulations
• Coordinate AVA inspection when shipment arrive at warehouse
• Book cargo space and purchase insurance for shipments
• Liaise with Freight Forwarder, transportation, etc. to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
• Import & export arrangements
• Manage the delivery and logistic team in the Company
• Manage and plan regular vehicle maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to delivery operations
• Other ad-hoc duties when required
