DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees import and export functions

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and experience:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in shipping function, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Consolidate, prepare and make the daily bank deposits in a timely manner.
• Reconcile daily cash submissions from various departments in the hotel against the bank deposits.
• Ensure that all cash-handling employees have adequate monetary change throughout their work shifts.
• Submit foreign currency rate changes to the Night Manager on a daily basis & to ensure that all rates have been updated.
• Make petty cash disbursements and expenses claims according to policy and procedures.
• Reconcile petty cash payments and submit for Assistant Director of Finance's approval.
• Perform a daily cash count of the General Cashier's float and report all counts/discrepancies to Assistant Director of Finance.

Talent Profile:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in similar role
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays whenever required
• Knowledge of SUN System
• Basic accounting knowledge

- Handle buffet delivery, set-up and collection.

- Handle tingkat delivery.

- Collect payment for orders on cash-on delivery terms.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned catering vehicle.

- Manage inventory level and condition of the allocated catering equipment.

- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.

Job Description:

· Handle sales enquiries and order processing

· Provide administrative support to ensure sales efficiency.

· Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing

· Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone

· Maintain a well-organized record of customer database

· Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/ NITEC, Diploma in any field

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

· Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)

· Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

· Alternate Sat - 8.30 am to 12.30pm (consider as overtime)
