In this role, you will be required to partake in the conceptualisation, planning and management of the company's social media assets. This will include design, scripting, assisting in on ground shoots to post production of reels that aim to promote, engage and drive new traffic. Looking into post insights and analysing statistics is also crucial for the team's regular reviews. Being a Marketing Executive also plays a pivotal role in the live roster, where new ideas are always needed to promote products that the company curates and takes pride in.

Job Scope

• Assisting with the conceptualisation, curation and production of digital marketing collaterals – graphic, photography, videography.

• Producing online live-selling sessions of various consumer products.

• Co-management of the marketing content calendar.

• Provide ideas to build the company’s digital presence and engagement with its audience.

• Identify market trends and analyse with team to gain insights for better marketing strategies.

• ⁠ Manage selected social media accounts.

Job Requirement

• At least 1-2 years prior experience in related field.

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (Basic-Intermediate).

• Familiar with Canva and its use primarily for graphic designs.

• Video editing with Capcut or similar content creation tools.

• Background knowledge in OBS or similar livestreaming tools.

1. To assist in the overall management and technical operations of the Marine Fleet that includes the preparation, review and management of all technical documentation, vessel certificates, maintenance records, compliance records and etc.
2. Providing the necessary administrative support and coordination for any vessel inspections, repairs and docking works.
3. Assist in liaising with customers on technical and operational matters that inclusive of vessel performance, etc.
4. Attending to vessel docking, repairs and surveys when requires and carry out supervision on any contractors' repair / maintenance works on board the vessel.
5. Monitoring the technical status of vessel in term of Class certificates and surveys and ensure that all statutory certificates, equipment certificates, etc, are properly maintained, documented and up to date.
6. To identify and source for technical anoperational supplies required for the vessel/s need. Coordinate with the suppliers for timely delivery to the vessels.
7. Monitoring and controlling of the vessels consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage.
8. To keep track of the vessels LSA, FFA, cargo hoses registry, lifting gears registry and PPE of all shipboard personnel.
9. Appointed as safety committee member to carry out tool-box meeting for all the vessels and attend to vessel inspections.
10. To work closely with the HSE team to ensure the smooth implementation and compliance of company's safety and quality standards.
11. To assist in investigating any defects / failures occurred and reporting all vessel incidents, near misses to prevent and eliminate any potential incidents.
12. To assist in maintaining crew records that inclusive certifications, training, medical checks and coordinating in crew changes.
13. To undertake any other technical related tasks and assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Some relevant working experience in similar capacity
• A team player and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
• Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia (to communicate with crew from Indonesia)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage change order/ variation claim from subcontractors and prepare change order/ in support of variation order claims to client, and keeping track of all change orders.

The Vertica Senior Account Executive is an experienced software sales athlete responsible for delivering license software sales with large existing customers. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing your Sales Channel and reporting directly to the General Manager.

As a Sales Executive, you will spearhead the development of an effective sales strategy aimed at expanding existing accounts while identifying and capitalizing on new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to foster growth within existing accounts and explore avenues for new business development.
• Customer Focus: Cultivate enduring relationships with customers, emphasizing long-term partnerships and understanding their evolving needs.
• Feedback Management: Handle customer feedback with professionalism, utilizing it as a means to enhance service and offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, collaborating seamlessly to achieve collective sales objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum Poly Diploma in Marketing / Business Studies or any related field is preferred.
• Candidate without prior experience are welcome. While sales & marketing experience in the FMCG sector and hold a success track record are preferred.
• Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player with excellent customer service attitude and dynamic.
• Self-motivated to work independently.
• Positive attitude and must be meticulous, organised and reliable.
• Good command of English (Verbal and Written) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in the retail front office operations.
• Handle incoming enquiries and requests from residential customers.
• Engage in daily operations, actively contributing to problem resolution and providing customer service support.
• Explain invoices, address account-related queries, and manage retail contracts effectively.
• Able to understand and explain well on the company’s price plans and services.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring a positive interaction.
• Demonstrating empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.
• Recording customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company’s system.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, ethical standards, code of conduct, and compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
• Safeguard customer confidentiality and privacy throughout all interactions.
• Participate in system / process enhancement projects to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Preferably holding a degree or diploma.
• Some prior experience in customer service is desirable.
