• Support site HSE teams in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to minimize operational disruptions.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various scenarios (fire, chemical spill, natural disaster, etc.), ensuring all employees are trained and prepared.
• Conduct regular drills to evaluate the readiness of staff and the effectiveness of emergency procedures.
• Ensure that all contractors and subcontractors comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Review contractor safety plans and perform safety audits for external workers on-site.
• Perform regular site inspections for off-site projects, warehouses, and work locations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM (Mandatory).
• Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) (preferred).
• Degree or Diploma in Environmental, Health, Safety, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HSE experience, with knowledge of local statutory requirements and HSE standards, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s environmental, occupational safety, and health regulations, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

The Executive - Product Category supports in developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating marketing plans for multiple product ranges in the APAC region. This role aims to achieve sales objectives in the short to mid-term while ensuring product category growth and profitability. The executive will lead in driving the product category's targets, lead market insights, and manage the gated process of new product launches. · Prepare proper import shipping documentation and liaise with shipper, consignee, various authorities, shipping and overseas agents and execute the freight operations in a proper and efficient manner

· Review of customer enquiries for the company’s import freight and logistics business scopes

· Prepare quotations for customers (Nomination / Delivery - FCL / LCL)

· Perform proper clarifications and negotiations with customers on the proposals submitted
