• Lead and supervise the production team to meet daily production output and operational target
• Ensure the production team works in a safe environment and comply with all safety procedures
• Conduct daily toolbox briefings to create workplace safety awareness, food safety awareness and GMP awareness
• Understand production schedules and prioritize production sequence - Packaging materials and Raw materials
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve non-conformance production issues, collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve equipment malfunctions and abnormalities
• Ensure the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient. Evaluate stations/processes of the production operation to identify bottlenecks and ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintain production records and ensure raw material/packaging/finished product are recorded timely
• Apply and advocate operating procedures and standards
• Analyse and ensure accurate recording of production data into reports and/or SAP system
• Responsible for daily production reports (including any off-specification results and investigations)
• Ensure all QA samples from production are collected and measured on time
• Responsible for the training, recruitment, attendance, and performance management of the production team

Job Description:

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.

2.Tax and Compliance:

• Handle GST submissions and tax filings.
• Assist with audit preparation and support external auditors.

3.Vendor and Customer Management:

• Manage accounts payable by verifying and processing supplier invoices.
• Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain vendor and customer account statements.

4.Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Job Requirements:

1.Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

2.Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero or MYOB).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with tax regulations, GST reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

• Able to prepare full set of accounts and perform Bookkeeping functions on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis for different types of companies and businesses
• Able to prepare and compile financial and management reports
• Preparation, submission and filing of GST returns
• Calculation of staff salary and submission of staff CPF monthly
• Having relevant knowledge of corporate and personal tax and handle simple tax computation and able to liaise with IRAS if necessary
• Provide budget for cashflow purposes
• Any other duties/tasks as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries while minimizing costs.
• Liaise with transport providers, negotiate rates, and manage the scheduling of deliveries.
• Monitor the status of shipments and resolve any delays or issues that may arise during transit.
• Ensure all logistics documentation (shipping manifests, customs documents, etc.) is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of shipments, inventory levels, and relevant paperwork for future reference and audits.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.
• Provide updates on order statuses, delivery schedules, and any changes to customers or internal teams.Support general administrative works if required.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the department Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in logistics/related fields
• Experience in logistics will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, and other tools such as MS Office, MS Excel
• Versatile and willing to learn, a team worker with good communication skill
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
