As a Business Operations Executive, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to implement and optimize workflows and systems from the headquarters to frontline operations. Responsibilities:

· Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

· Prepare patient for doctor procedures including pre-treatment cleansing, photo-taking and numbing, etc.

· Provide post-treatment masking.

· Provide assistance to doctors during procedures.

· Prepare and upkeep the procedure rooms, including sterilizing the procedure equipment.

· Ensure proper filling and documentation.

· Explain all relevant procedure details including its downtime and post-treatment care.

Requirements:

The Job

• Provide administrative support to mainly project management and research needs.
