Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-level perspective while being hands-on in operational planning and execution.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
• 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.

• Admissions: Senior High (April end July), Junior High (Mid-April to End August, December)
• Admissions Officer – Direct School Admission (DSA) for Junior High (JH) & Senior High (SH). Conceptualises the process, registration website, database of students, informing students and parents of test date, preparation for selection interview, compile final list, assist VP/Year Heads in answering and writing replies to parents and students.
• Assist VP/Year Head with Direct School Admission (DSA) /Joint Admission Exercise (JAE) appeal matters and student enrolments for returning Singaporean/International students.

Junior High Student Matters

1. Health (Mar to Apr) & dental screening (Feb) , National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), Quality of School Experience (QSE) survey (July) To conceptualise and co-ordinate based on students’ time-table and informing personal mentors.

Facilities Management

• Monitor and restock facilities consumables, including pantry and washroom supplies.
• Perform minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing locks) as needed
• Support the Compliance & Facilities Manager in projects such as renovations or facility upgrades.
• Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

Workplace Safety & Health

• Conduct workplace safety inspections to identify hazards and report non-compliance issues.
• Assist in updating Risk Assessments (RAs) and ensuring they align with statutory requirements.

Requirement

• Perform regular checks on fire safety equipment (e.g., extinguishers, alarms, emergency exits) and report any issues.
• Assist in organizing fire drills and ensuring staff are familiar with evacuation procedures.
• Liaise with external vendors for the maintenance and inspection of fire safety systems.
• Assist in ensuring fire safety compliance during audits or inspections by regulatory bodies (e.g., SCDF)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.
• Take charge of incidents during incipient stages before the arrival of appointed person.

Specific (85%)

• Working in a team to provide support for existing application systems, including managing daily system operations and account-related support.
• Assist end-users in using applications effectively, providing guidance and training when necessary. Point of contact for users experiencing application-related problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality or performance. Collaborate with vendors or developers to escalate and resolve issues, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
