• Manage and monitor company’s cash flow, liaise with banker, prepare weekly and quarterly cash flow reporting.
• Prepare yearly audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain full set of account, prepare monthly management account, GST reporting, budget, draft financial statement, XBRL, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP & MYOB will be advantageous.
• Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Office application.
• Able to prioritise well and capable of multitasking.
• Hardworking, meticulous and able to work independently.

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary from $4,500 to $6,000, with AWS & Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily cash flows, bank balances, and liquidity requirements, including the preparation of cash flow forecasts and variance analyses to optimize cash utilization.
• Execute intercompany fund transfers, manage intercompany funding arrangements, and reconcile balances while liaising with Tax and Legal teams to ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies.
• Administer banking documentation, including opening, closing, and maintaining corporate bank accounts, and resolve operational issues with banks.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly treasury reports, including cash flow summaries, debt reports, and hedging analyses, while maintaining accurate treasury-related documentation.
• Track and maintain the company’s debt portfolio, including loan agreements, payment schedules, and compliance with covenants, and support communication with agents and lenders.
• Support the execution and monitoring of hedging transactions, maintain financial instrument records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the renewal, review, and administration of corporate insurance policies, maintain records of claims and premiums, and liaise with brokers and underwriters to address queries.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned to support treasury operations and business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, banking, or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments, corporate banking, and cash flow management.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, banks, and external service providers.
