What this job involves:

Playing a huge role in operations

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Legal work support
• Prepare legal documents e.g. Board resolution, materials for AGM/meetings, agreements/contracts to external corporate secretary
• Review agreements/contracts (Tenancy/service/loans/ISDA/KYC etc.)
• Handle legal research/financial regulations
