RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Centre Engagement

• Perform community screening, befriend the elderly, and support outreach activities or public education efforts
• Conduct health assessments for seniors/clients
• Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with clients, caregivers,volunteers, and the community
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, implement and monitor progress of clients' individual care plans
• Build and foster supportive buddying relationships between clients, volunteers, and staff to promote socialization and reduce isolation

2. Volunteer Management

• Assist in volunteer management and conduct orientation programs
• Train volunteers in conducting active aging activities and buddying initiatives for seniors/clients
• Encourage volunteers to engage in befriending relationships with seniors to enhance their emotional and social well-being

3. Programme Planning and Execution

• Plan, organize, implement, monitor, and evaluate the Centre's programs, activities, and events, creating a regular activity calendar
• Assist and facilitate activities for clients alongside the care team
• Facilitate or conduct classes for senior lifelong learning

4. Programme Management & Reporting

• Oversee the management of key programs, ensuring timely execution and achievement of objectives
• Coordinate and manage events and partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on the progress of programs, including key milestones, risks, and resolutions

5. Staff Relations

• Work closely with the care team to foster team spirit and ensure cohesive work relationships in the best interest of our clients

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Community Development, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in community development, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with community engagement platforms

Working Hours

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:

8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

- Ordering of Products, Unloading of Products and Replenishing of Products onto product racking.
- Ensure product prices are up to date and accurate at all time.
- Checking on expiry dates and shelf lives of products.
- Maintain and store products neatly.
- Perform daily housekeeping.
- Provide good service to customers at all times.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- No working experience needed, job training will be provided.
- Must be able to carry at least 5KG / 10KG of load.
- Able to stand for long hours.

12. Submission of quotations / costing to clients within stimulated time frame.

• Manage day-to-day technical operations, including attending daily toolbox meetings, compliance with WSHA.
• Respond to emergency fault calls during office hours/standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster and ensure timely rectification of issues.
• Liase with users and authority to prepare and submit detailed work proposals for job requests.
• Prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for maintenance works.
• Responsible for inventory record, drawings, documentations and defect liability period registers.
• Compile and maintain service reports, licenses/certificates on site.
• Prepare and submit certificate of completion for maintenance works and services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
• Supervise and follow up with sub-contractors to carry out corrective maintenance/adhoc works and to rectify defects reported by quality control/auality, assurance, auditor/users.
• Check and certify works done by sub-contractors.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Office Location: Punggol Digital District

We are looking to hire for a salesperson role to cover private and high-net worth clients.

It is a full-time role, based in Singapore.

Working hours are flexible and WFH on certain days is also an option.

The candidate profile should be smart, ambitious, outgoing and able to engage with clients in marketing and selling wines.

Education qualification is min-A level pass.

Candidate must be bilingual in English and Chinese.

The candidate should be comfortable working with software such Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop , Canva. Exposure to CRM and ERP software like Zoho/Salesforce/Netsuite is helpful.

This is a sales role and the compensation and performance is judged on sales metrics.

WSET-qualified candidates or candidates with wine knowledge from F&B industry will be compensated on a higher base salary scale.

Procurement & Operations responsibilities. Able to work independently.


Report to procurement & Operations manager daily progress of procurement matters of each vessel handled, organised delivery schedules for each vessel plus all incoming spare parts send via. air or sea freight. Arranged land and sea transport plus processing of electronic shipping note and give clear instructions to deliver driver and boat captain before loading of cargo and spare parts. 1.Handle daily accounting operational functions
2.Responsible for AR & AP functions
3.Follow up with operation to ensure invoices are recorded in accounting system.
4.Perform month end and year end closing of accounts
5.Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transaction in accounting system (Xero)
6.Responsible to schedule for payment cycle to vendors and support cash forecast estimates relating to payments.
7.Assist in new processes for continuous improvement initiatives, system implementation and any ad-hoc projects.

8.Reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts.
9. Ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirement

· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification

· Experience in at least a medium-sized organization

· Hands on in XERO system

· Strong excel skills.

· Must possess good knowledge of GST.

· Meticulous with a logical thinking process, ability to work under pressure and cope ina fast-paced environment to meet timelines

· Adopts an open mindset to drive continuous improvement

· Good interpersonal, team-work and communication skills.
