• Manage the company's social media channels, creating engaging content and implementing effective digital marketing strategies via SEO, SEA and SEM strategy

• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and deliver tailored marketing collateral

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and to inform the company's marketing initiatives

• Assist with the planning and coordination of exhibition, events, and other marketing activations

• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to continually optimise campaigns and strategies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within IT industry

• Strong understanding of brand management principles and the ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns

• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and data analytics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Familiarity with both English and Chinese is a bonus

As a Leadership/ Executive Recruiter, you will be a trusted partner with our Tech (Product, Engineering, and Design) and general business leadership in hiring for our leadership roles, focusing on job scoping, executive alignment, candidate sourcing, and closing. Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior executives to define strategic hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
• Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent
• Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Lead and manage the executive recruitment team with care focusing on scalable process, data insights, and process improvements. As a leader, you will help the team succeed and be effective, while also partnering with executives to prioritize your team’s focus.
• Provide a consistently positive candidate experience by building trusted relationships with candidates

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment hiring progressively senior-level candidates (up to VP or C-level), preferably in a fast-paced, growth stage environment with a high talent bar
• Prior experience in team leadership
• Passionate about recruitment with a view on how to help your team be effective and successful as it scales
• Ability to ramp up on new domains in a short period of time, and ask the right questions to build alignment with hiring teams
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and closing candidates across varying circumstances (global roles, niche talent profiles, late-stage, pre-IPO company)
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that builds confidence and trust between senior-level hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a global setting

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) roles would be a strong asset
