The Right Profile

As a Lifecycle/CRM Marketing Executive, you will play an integral role in developing personalised, data-driven marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers at every stage of their journey. Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead, marketing team, and cross-functional departments, you'll help develop targeted strategies to drive user growth, cross-selling, upselling, and long-term retention. Job Scope

• Support in developing and executing strategies to drive business in new markets.

• Building and managing a sales network.

Position Objective: (the primary reason the position exists)

The main role of the HR Shared Services Executive (Business Operations) is to be the main point of contact for both contractors (Associates) and clients such as helping in contract renewals etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & provide internal reports on Associates headcount movement & Client’s growth.
