• Diploma in HSE/Marine Engineering or equivalent.

Job Description:

• Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition and retention activities.
• Manage the full-cycle payroll administration activities.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Manage HR administrative tasks across multiple functions.
• Manage and participate in talent engagement events.
• Maintain and update employee records in Info-tech system and personnel files.
• Collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders to drive business goals.
• Participate in all HR projects, audit and compliance activities.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and President.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• 3 years of working experience in HR capacity, with focus in Talent acquisition and Payroll administration.
• Proficient with Singapore's statutory laws (e.g., Employment act, CPF act)
• Meticulous, organised, process-driven, detailed-oriented and operationally hands-on.
• Proficient in Info-tech systems and HR related portals.

• Oversee all accounts, human resource and administrative matters of the company.

• Prepare and handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, payment voucher, reconciliation of bank statements, etc.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Verifying suppliers invoice, intercompany transactions

• Preparation of Payment Voucher and Payment to Suppliers

• Verifying and processing expenses claimed by (Petty Cash)

• Daily bookkeeping

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist with foreign employee work pass applications and renewal

• Assist on foreign employee income tax payment

• Assist with preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters

• Prepare monthly payroll, payment and payslips

• Employee leave and public holidays recording

Administrative Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

• Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently

• Positive work attitude and able to work as a team

Job Responsibilities

· Review, draft and negotiate sales and purchase contracts for the company’s marketing and trading activities.

· Administer and monitor corporate compliance with contract policies and procedures : review contract documents in order to protect the company’s interests on contractual commitments, balance and optimize risks, gain greater commercial benefits and ensure the company is protected legally.

· Liaise with HQ for material legal and commercial issues and material potential risks and ensure related issues elevated to the relevant team for further approval / action.

· Prepare and maintain reports and records for contracts and legal issues.

· Perform other duties as assigned by operation manager.

· Candidate must possess a Degree in Business, Economics, Law or related Professional qualification

· Familiar with GT&C and contract law

· Good team player and problem-resolver

· Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
