Royal Ocean Marine, a leading maritime company based in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Account Receivable Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including processing invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Create and send out invoices to customers
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions in the accounts receivable system
- Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes
- Perform account reconciliations and prepare aging reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain customer files and records
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
