We are a stationery wholesale company based in Singapore.

we sell to retails shop and office suppliers.

Our working time is Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 12pm

Sales will be island wide and not confine to any zone or area.

Basic pay, Commission and transport allowance will be given.

Also year end bonus depend on the sales target met for the year.

We are seeking a self-motivated and versatile Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our marketing function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing all day today marketing activities, and driving brand awareness and growth. You will be hands-on with everything from social media management, content creation, email marketing, and paid campaigns to working with external partners when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and budget.
• Identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for growth
• Create and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns
• Digital Marketing: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Optimize SEO and manage website content, ensuring it is UpToDate and aligned with SEO best practices.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for multiple platforms.
• Email Marketing. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on marketing performance, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in a small business or startup environment.
• Decent understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Handson experience with content creation (writing, social media management, basic graphic design).
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in marketing software such as Google Analytics, WordPress, MailChimp, Canva, etc.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Creative thinker with a can do attitude and the ability to solve problems in a resource constrained environment.
• Ability to collaborate with external freelancers and agencies when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
• Graphic design experience is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• A high level of attention to detail

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone as well as the look & feel ofall communication.

- Create and execute social media calendar for daily content on social channels such as

Facebook and Instagram.

- Create and execute EDM schedule.

- Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott and OTA channels within 24

- Coordinate PR events with and independently from PR company, and continue

relationships/partnerships.

- Assess, recommend, and develop and maintain relationships with influencers, through a

planned schedule of invitations to hotel inspections and hosted events.

- Respond to all emails within 24 hours regarding any marketing and influencer

opportunities.

- Be up to date with online, above the line, below the line market trends and new

developments.

- Actively monitor competitors' online, above the line, below the line marketing programs

- Identify other online marketing opportunities to increase brand and hotel awareness from

time to time.

- Drive traffic and conversion for the F&B dining venues website, ensuring offers are relevant to the market and produce results

- Maintain and update website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met

- Create awareness and visibility of F&B website through Search Engine Optimization and Display Media

- Ensure optimal utilization of Marriott digital tools and channels to maximize marketing coverage

- Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and loyalty through relevant and engaging content that is brand compliant

- Ensure hotel meets Marriott’s social media measurement goals

- Develop social media campaigns and strategies to increase hotel’s presence and participation

Other Projects/Responsibilities:

• Identify online marketing opportunities to increase property visibility and awareness

General Description

Purchase goods and ingredients to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality, delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for timely and accurate processing of all orders
• Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
• Assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers
• Conduct inventory checks and monitor stock levels
• Perform supply chain cost analysis and implement cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies
• Keep abreast of market/price situation and conduct regular price comparison
• Liaise with Manager for any improvement to the purchasing process/flow/system to enhance the work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure and promote compliance to company procurement policies and procedure
• Establish a costing sheet and check that the selling price is set appropriately.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships
