· Maintain accurate HR database, up-to-date employee records, and other employment related documentation

· Arrangement of skilled Course enrolments for Workers

· Take care of Dormitory arrangement for workers. Liaison with dormitory staff and maintaining dormitory records

· Maintain training matrix and record WP holder's experience

· Benefit management: Leave management and control claims of medical expenses

· Handling of Government Grant application such as Career Support Programme, Work life Grant etc...

· Assisting in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process

· Any other ad hoc duties asassigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits

• Min. 2 years of related working experience in construction sector

• Familiarity and experience working with Ministry of Manpower

• Knowledge of Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS

• Team oriented with good time management skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft word and excel

Responsibilities

• Backup in general administrative and clerical support for other departments
• Leave administration
• Answer, screen and forward phone calls and practice good telephone etiquette
• Ensure prompt submission of reports to relevant departments
• Attend to visitors and prepare meeting rooms and corporate gifts
• Maintain proper filing system of all documentation/records files
• Sorting, filing and keying of Delivery Tickets and Trip Pay from customers
• In charge of operation supplies such as uniforms, accoutrements, stationary, pantry toiletries and etc
• Acquire Suppliers quotations, preparation of Purchase Orders
• Coordinating training for driver & employees
• Managing the Administrative department
• Other duties as assign by HOD

Working Location: Joo Koon [3 bus stops away from Joo Koon Bus Interchange]

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Manage and maintain the AV resources and systems in the school.
• Provide AV technical support for school events and classroom activities.
• Perform AV inventory management and maintenance with vendors including procurement of AV resources.
• Assist in the school broadcasting (e.g., TV Broadcast System) and digital learning environment (e.g., Lecture Recording System).
• Guide and supervise students in Public Address / Sound & Lighting system operations.
• Other AV duties assigned by the management

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and

experience:

• Higher Nitec in Info-Comm Technology, Engineering or related courses
• Proficient in MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint.
• Audio Visual skills. Familiar with the tools, software, hardware, and equipment that are used in the audio-visual industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good customer-service skills
• 3 years’ experience in related field
