Coordinating incoming orders with customers and suppliers, and managing the shipments to customers.
Liaising with customers for all incoming orders and issuing of Purchase Orders
Monitoring of sales order status for items when order is received and ensuring all requirements for fulfillment of orders are coordinated.
Negotiation with forwarder over rates, liaising with forwarder for import and export shipments of the Company.
Working closely with customers & suppliers, as required regarding shipping matters, building and maintaining good rapport with both parties.
Preparing of Shipping documents & Letter of Credit.
Verification of Supplier & Forwarder Invoices.
Performing order processing activities in SAP
Other adhoc duties as assigned
Technical Skills
Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in engineering environment
Microsoft Office & Excel experience
Familiar with using SAP System
