Position Summary

The Guest Experience Executive’s main role is to deliver an exceptional experience for all of our learners via face-to-face or online platforms. Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems' resources usage closely.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
• Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
• Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches' users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
• Source for products/solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.
• Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR/AND Certification in CCNA
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an added advantage
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees various aspects of the marketing function, including advertising, Public Relations, event management, liaison with agencies on concept development, creative production, and implementation.
• Manage and update content on the Company website, Facebook, and other social media platforms to ensure an effective digital presence.
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of events in alignment with approved marketing plans.
• Maintain and track inventory for marketing and promotional materials such as brochures and corporate gifts.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to identify challenges and opportunities, driving effective marketing strategies.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Video Editor.
• Knowledge of marketing and analytical tools such as SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.

Job Description

• Providing secretarial, administrative, and personal support to MD.
• Conduct weekly diary meeting with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests (e.g. meeting appointments, travel schedule, and travel arrangements).
• Schedule and manage meetings on behalf of MD, between him and his direct reports and the committees and group to which he is a member.
• Assist MD to follow up on tasks assigned to subordinates and managing MD’s appointment.
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the MD by redirecting and taking forward such contacts as appropriate.
• Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up action plans after meeting as and when required.
• Maintain proper filing system for both electronic and hard copies filing.
• Prepare letters, memos for an announcement to staff and related parties.
• Support and assist in the planning of company activities.
• Assist on administrative duties of HR process (e.g. claiming of the levy, purchase of air-tickets, pass application, renew work passes).
• Maintain records and monitor company fleet vehicles, road tax renewal, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the department head for establishing the department structure and system, establishment of policies and procedures. Assist in the creation of necessary forms, documentation process presentations & systems where necessary.
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
• Strong interpersonal skills in a professional and responsive manner.
