The Volunteer Management Executive/ Senior Executive plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our Resource Development Department. • To transfer the Pre-Alert project to the Customer Service Manager for checking instructions stated before being approved by the Branch Manager.
• To send the approved Pre-Alert to the agent / Branch at destination
• To inform immediately the Branch Manager about any changes in regulation procedures for export or import and to estimate what impact it will have on the organisation and costs without any delay.
