Promote the JCI Marine Solutions full range of Solutions for Production systems, Fire Protection Systems, HVAC systems & Through Life Mature Asset Services to key End Users, decision makers and influencers within defined territory Singapore/ Malaysia marine, offshore, oil & gas markets. Promote and Increase Awareness of JCI Marine Solutions. Collaborate and coordinate activities across L-Tyco & L-JCI Marine Solutions Teams. Maximise Project awareness to all JCI Marine Solutions Teams. Working with the Branch Manager/Sales Manager to implement the agreed strategy for Business development and the promotion JCI Marine Solutions. Work alongside the Sales and Engineering teams to create and develop a strong platform for new build sales within Southeast Asia Marine & Offshore markets. Identification, delivery and conversion of sales opportunities.

How You Will Do It:

• Be responsible for promoting JCI as the Industry Leader together with our full range of fire solutions to key decision makers and influencers within the Marine & Offshore market places.
• Target and develop key End User relationships across each of the regions. In particular those associated with the Marine & Offshore.
• Develop an understanding of the Local Authorities and their associated regulations and company registrations required in association with each of the solutions we take to market.
• Identify, lead and coordinate JCI efforts to obtain local Authority and End User product / solution approvals
• Long term goals will include developing a strategy and platform by which we are able to target new installation sales opportunities for JCI within the territory.
• Responsibility for the development and achievement of the JCI Business Development and Growth Plan, including specific sales objectives and financial targets.
• Identify potential and develop those accounts within territory that have a mind-set and can add value as Key Account Service Partners.
• Further develop existing and identify / target new Customer relationships and projects in order to promote JCI and generate new build business for the complete JCI Fire businesses.
• Develop and maintain a high level of opportunity conversion by maximising strong relationships with potential Customers and decision makers / influencers.
• Responsibility for the JCI Management of Third Party (3P) Relationships in Country.
• Full adoption of the company CRM tool – Salesforce.com.
• Liaise with Sales & Operations team and work effectively as part of the JCI teams to achieve the booking targets assigned.

What We Look For:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering discipline.
• Experience working in an Oil, Gas, Marine and Energy Market Place.
• Experience identifying, contacting and promoting the solutions of a large enterprise to Local Authorities, End Users and market decision makers.

This role responsible for inventory management and inventory control in Accounting System and Warehouse.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Company’s inventory management and maintenance.

2. Responsible for monitoring stock movements and maintenance at third party locations.

3. Responsible for managing the physical loading, unloading, storage of inventory and picking / packing when required.

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

8. Responsible for periodic stock taking, updating and reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Ensure proper co-ordination and communication with teams across all Company locations.

10. Responsible for timely identification of inventory variances, reporting and maintenance of records for variances.

11. Responsible for introducing appropriate procedures for control lapse if any.

12. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

14. Additional duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

-Min Diploma or Degree

-Min 1 year working experience in related field

-prior experience in inventory management would be at advantage but not a must

-Possess knowledge of Microsoft excel

Job Description

• Able to handle all aspects relating to the accounting functions to facilitate the closing of the full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
• Able to handle treasury functions such as multi currencies, fixed deposits placement, fund transfer, processing of payments and billing.
• Handle part of AP module such as key in supplier invoices.
• Manage and monitor company’s cash flow, liaise with banker, prepare weekly and quarterly cash flow reporting.
• Prepare yearly audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain full set of account, prepare monthly management account, GST reporting, budget, draft financial statement, XBRL, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP & MYOB will be advantageous.
• Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Office application.
• Able to prioritise well and capable of multitasking.
• Hardworking, meticulous and able to work independently.
