Team Admin (30%)

• Process team members’ expenses and claims promptly.
• Provide administrative support, including trip planning, flight, and hotel bookings.
• Schedule calls and meetings with overseas clients and send materials promptly.
• Regularly update and manage the team calendar.

Events Support (30%)

• Provide administrative support for events, including logistics management.

CRM (40%)

• Regularly update investor company and contact details in the CRM database.

• Generate and review investor pre-meeting notes for Partners and Analysts weekly.
• Extract data from CRM based on various criteria and parameters.
• Cross-reference CRM data with other sources and flag discrepancies.
• Track RSVP list and dietary restrictions in the CRM system.

Tamarind Global Pte Ltd is a single family office which manages the investment portfolio and philanthropic initiatives of a Singaporean family. Although Tamarind has deep Singapore roots, the family’s professional and personal endeavors are global in nature.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual with exceptional communication skills to provide administrative support for the CEO and investment team.
