• Collaborate with managers to develop and execute brand communication plans.

External Communication

• Develop and manage annual communication plans and projects.

• Research, propose, and implement new or improved communication methods (e.g., website, regional social media strategies, and other touchpoints).

Internal Communication

• Develop and execute internal communication plans, including events, to enhance transparency and engagement.
• Foster employee understanding of MOL's brand value, operations, talents, and opportunities across Asia and Oceania.

Crisis Communication

• Follow crisis procedures as instructed by GHQ.
• Support GHQ upon request.
• Provide regional crisis communication guidance and training to employees.

Manage relevant outsources and partners:

• Lead and/or assisting to manage outsourced vendors and partners to execute communication plans, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in communication, branding, marketing, or a relevant field (advantageous).
• Must hv experience in shipping industry
• Digital Communication: Excellent understanding and experience in developing and managing corporate websites, social media (SNS), and other digital communication practices.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange export shipments to distributors/customers, including drop and export shipments.
• Prepare and handle commercial documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents using in-house systems like RPMS.
• Coordinate shipments and cargo collection with the warehouse department.
• Prepare necessary shipment certificates (e.g., SMF, COO, COQ).
• Prepare Letters of Credit for bank submission.
• Liaise with external vendors, including freight forwarders, clearing houses, third-party logistics providers, and delivery contractors.
• Process manual purchase orders and shipping instructions for vendors in regions including Japan, America, Europe, China, Indonesia, Thailand, and India.

Reports to the Centre Manager with specific responsibilities for the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to the maintenance, security and management of the Building.

Responsibilities:

• General administration of all building works/service contracts, carpark management, security and fire protection system.
• Oversee all aspects of common areas defects, repairs & maintenance matters, plumbing, sanitary, carpark and fire & security matters.
• Planning and implementation of building maintenance programmes such as preventive, corrective maintenance, inspection schedules and programmes relating to security.
• Prepare cost estimates, work specifications, invite quotations and follow up on various repairs and maintenance work in the Building.
• Supervise building works carried out by maintenance staff and service contractors, ensure that all works comply with specifications and statutory requirement, and initiate actions against defaulting contractors when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, public walkways, building surrounding facade, etc. and institute remedial action including following up on outstanding works.
• Build and maintain relationships tenants and occupiers, attend to their feedbacks and complaints.
• Liaison with government authorities/ statutory boards, architects, engineers and other divisions on matters relating to management, security and maintenance of the Building.
• Assist in preparation of budget forecast, meeting materials, minutes of meeting, various reports timely and accurately.
• Check all safety equipment, work method and procedures regularly; ensure proper control/record of keys movement and take necessary action to rectify any unsafe situations, and enhance the security in the Building.
• Attend to emergencies in Building and any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building / Facilities / Property Management / Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to front and manage all levels of tenants or landlord.
• Dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Commercial / Retail / Industrial building experience will be a strong advantage.
• Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior Executive position.
• Open to work 5.5 day.

Job Description

Customer Service Interaction

• Direct Contact with Customers with outstanding friendly and reliable service offered
• Ensuring to provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time (1 hour) upon receiving the booking
• Check on the Export Documents Compliance when processing the export work order
• Apply the correct export permit and other export custom processed on timely manner
• To answers all call within 3 ringing tone (without fail)
• Monitor the onboard status without fail and to informed customer on any irregularity
• Good communication among all related department concern Eg Ops, Warehouse , Traffic , planning team
• Always ensuring that the Airfreight rates apply is correct and updated .
• Constantly aware and update on NEW changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement
