Responsibilities

• Engage new customers, build strong relationships, and present tailored solutions.
• Participate in bids and secure new contracts for the organization.
• Prepare accurate quotations, cost sheets, PRs, POs, and delivery orders promptly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate and validate billing reports for accurate invoicing and reconciliation.
• Track quotations, POs, and payments; manage technical requests and RMAs.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records in Enterprise Systems.
• Negotiate vendor agreements to optimize costs and performance
• Prepare and oversee ITQ submissions, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage marketing initiatives, customer database updates, EDMs, and outreach programs.
• Stay updated on focus products, explaining features and processes to customers.
• Identify sales opportunities through lead follow-up and proactive outreach.
